The hospital was established in 2024 with an area of 1,684 square meters, located in Al-Amarah city, Al-Majdiyah area, near the Tsoahn Statue. It consists of four floors as follows: Ground Floor: Includes reception, emergency, pharmacy, dental department, radiology department (3D), ultrasound, CT scan, medical laboratories (blood bank), cafeteria, administration, and consultation clinics. First Floor: Includes private inpatient wards for men and women. Second Floor: Includes women's inpatient wards, four rooms for natural and safe childbirth, and a sterile neonatal unit (eight incubators). Third Floor: Includes six operating rooms (stainless steel), six intensive care unit beds for adults, five intensive care unit beds for children, and recovery rooms.
